How much does Shopmonkey cost?

Shopmonkey is a no-commitment, month-to-month service. You can also choose to sign up annually. For pricing on each tier, please see our Pricing Guide.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No, you don’t. We want Shopmonkey to be such a great solution for your business that you never want to quit using it, but you are free to cancel your subscription at any time.

Are there setup fees to get started?

Shopmonkey does not have any additional fees to set up or to get started.

How many users can our shop have on Shopmonkey?

You can have as many users as you need! With each tier, you’re given a certain number of included users. For additional users, the cost is $20 per user/month for a single location. How many devices can I use with my subscription?

As many as you want! Since we're a cloud-based solution, you can use Shopmonkey on your phone, tablet, or computer.

Can I pick and choose à la carte style editions/functionality?

Is Shopmonkey available all over the world?

Does Shopmonkey Integrate with QuickBooks and CARFAX?

Where do you get your lookups and labor guides from?

Shopmonkey sources labor guides, parts, fluids, and maintenance lookup information from Motor, which supports light, medium, and heavy-duty automotive data from OE and aftermarket part manufacturers. Check out how to look up parts, labor, diagrams, and procedures on Motor in our Help Center.

Does Shopmonkey provide lookups for Medium or Heavy-duty vehicles?

Can I procure parts with Shopmonkey?

Does Shopmonkey have a mobile app?

Shopmonkey has an iOS app for technicians. You can download Shopmonkey for Techs in the Apple app store by searching for Shopmonkey.

Can I send texts with pictures and videos to my customers through Shopmonkey? Can they send them to me?

You can easily send and receive messages, photos, and videos with your customers via texts and/or email right from Shopmonkey. All communications will be documented on the work order and the customer profile. Check out our Shopmonkey Messages article at our Help Center.

Can I do digital inspections with Shopmonkey?

Digital Vehicle Inspection is a key feature of the Shopmonkey Clever, Genius, Heavy Duty, and Enterprise tiers. You can add photos and videos directly from any device onto the digital inspections and send them via text/email straight to your customer. Can my customers schedule their own appointments?

At this time, customers can request a work order from your website that will show up on your Shopmonkey Workflow page, but they can’t schedule directly. Just click on the estimate from the work order to quickly create an appointment.

Can Shopmonkey do batch invoicing?
