What should I expect from the demo?

The demo is tailored to highlight the features most relevant to your shop's needs. Our product expert can cover things like: Scheduling appointments and using automated reminders to cut down on no-shows; quickly building estimates using VIN/license-plate lookup, Motor labor guides, and digital vehicle inspections; tracking time on specific labor lines; leveraging diagrams and procedures; using our mobile app; and accepting payments in-person or remotely via text/email.

Is EIN required?

Yes, an EIN is required to access all of our features, including our built-in SMS phone number for customer communication and Shopmonkey Payments. You can still sign up using a Social Security Number (SSN), but features will be limited.

What if my shop is not open yet, but will be open soon?

Your shop must be open and actively servicing vehicles for paying customers.

How long will the demo last?

Demos are scheduled for an hour, but typically last between 30-45 minutes.
