We can guide you through the process of exporting data from your existing system or open a remote connection and pull out what we need directly. We've been able to help customers coming from a range of other shop management systems, so we're confident we can handle yours as well!
Once the data is in hand, we work to format and organize it so that it's compatible with our migration process. We carefully clean and normalize the data to ensure the import comes off without a hitch.
To ensure accuracy and triple check everything, we ask every customer to review their data prior to import. Once we receive approval, we kick off the import process and work with implementation engineers to set up the database.
